We also examined the cleaning tools that came with each garlic press and noted how well they removed the garlic skins without getting garlic juice on our fingers. Raw Taste Test: We tasted a small amount of garlic (from a single clove) pressed through each garlic press and rated the flavor based on sweetness, pungency, odor, and intensity.
